A woman’s breast is more than two ripe succulent glands. They are organic in-house farmers markets that produces liquid nourishment for all babies. Positioned on both sides of the heart sensing every thing with the nipples. The nipples are like transmitters that sends vibrant signals to the womb when stimulated by one slight touch, telling the vaginal to release her sacred nectar. When the breast are massaged, it relaxes the woman’s entire nervous system. Nourishing all the cells throughout the body.
A breast massage should be factored into a women’s life just as much as exercising. Keeping the blood flowing in the breast will lessen the chance of stagnation. Stagnation invites dis-ease.
Getting a lymphatic massage also improves breast health. The lymphatic glands runs from the abdomen branching down and up the middle of the chest up to the neck and shoulders down into the arm pits and into the breast. The lymphatic system clears toxins, wastes, excess fluids, and infection from all tissues of the body through proper flow and drainage, provided this essential system is functioning at its peak. Massaging the lymph nodes will help improve the immune system.
The first thing I do when I get home is remove my shoes and my bra. I don’t like wearing bras, but having large cup size requires that I wear one when I’m out in the public. I believe in free flowing. Wearing a bra all day can put a lot of strain on your shoulders and your back if you have a large cup size. I hear women who have small cups wishing they had larger cups. I hear women who have large cups wishing they had smaller cups. Worrying about your size shouldn't be the primary concern about your breast. Wearing the right size bra without wires should be your first concern no matter what size breast you have.
Wearing bras that have wires stops the circulation of the flow of the fluids that passes through the breast. Pushing your breast upward with bras that has wires and pads for a long period of time can prevent the lymphatic system of draining toxins from your body. So, if you have to wear a bra over 10 hours a day, try wearing a wireless one. There are plenty cute nice sexy wireless bras on the market these days, so treat yourself to one. Also, when you’re in the comfort of your home, go bra-less. Your breast will love it.
Most of us are not aware of the simple daily rituals we do such as using deodorants that are antiperspirants have chemicals that are harmful to the breast. Aluminum and lead are two chemicals that the body cannot break down. Most skin care products have aluminum in them. In recent studies, scientist have suggests that aluminum-based compounds, which are applied frequently and left on the skin near the breast, may be absorbed by the skin and cause estrogen-like (hormonal) effects. Because estrogen has the ability to promote the growth of breast cancer cells, some scientists have suggested that the aluminum-based compounds in antiperspirants may contribute to the development of breast cancer.
Wearing antiperspirants is not healthy. Think about it. If your are preventing your lymph nodes from releasing toxins from your arm pits, where do you think the toxin will go? They will flow back into your breast. It’s ok to sweat ladies, I know we have been taught that sweating is not lady like but we are human. Sweating is how the body releases toxins. If you have a strong body odor perhaps detoxing, eating healthier foods and drinking plenty of water can help eliminate the odor. Also, drinking liquid chlorophyll will help rid odor as well.
Remember to read the ingredients of all skin care products to make sure they don’e have aluminum, propylene glycol and other harmful toxins that can be absorbs into your skin. The skin is the larges organ of the body and it absorbs. Rule of thumb - treat your skin as another way of absorbing nutrients into the body.
