How is your relationship with you self? Do you love yourself entirely? Do you take yourself out on a date or treat yourself to something nice and wonderful? Creating a healthy relationship with yourself is important on so many levels. Spending time with yourself and really honoring your needs is a sure way of creating a healthy relationship with yourself.
As women, we are naturally receivers but we give out more than we need to at times which can sometimes prevent us from receiving. We have to learn to give to ourselves more. It’s being selfish in a positive way. Making time for yourself to balance your life so that all your family and friends can see your true authentic self.
