In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Qi Gong is an ancient technique to improve health and promote healing and longevity. Qi Gong consist of breathing techniques combined with sound and movement. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the five major organs — heart, liver, spleen, lung and kidney — are each assigned an element (fire, earth, metal, water or wood). Every organ also has an associated sound in which the organ resonates with. By using the associated sound, old stagnate, congested Qi can be moved from the affected organ and be replaced with fresh, clear Qi.

This is also good for mother’s who are breast feeding and can’t use strong herbs that detoxify the liver. This is a perfect alternative for nursing mothers.
I’ve been practicing Qi Gong for 19 years and It has been truly rewarding in every aspect of my life. So I wanted to share with women this Qi Gong sound healing for the liver so that it can help raise the Qi energy in the liver.
If you are experiencing any menstrual disorders such as PMS, endometriosis, fibroids, excessive bleeding, pain and cramps while bleeding or lack of bleeding, Qi Gong sound healing can help correct those issues by simply using the healing sound “ge” pronounced (guh).
Place your right hand over you liver located just below your right breast and your left hand on your lap. Chant the sound “ge” five times and hold the last “ge” for a while. Ge (pronounced guh): ge,ge,ge,ge, G(uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuh).
I hope this technique will bring balance to your liver. Happy “guh-ing. 😊 🎶🎶🎶
